The membership of the Berks County Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management counts over 160 people, including HR practitioners, HR service providers, and educators in HR related fields. We also support two student chapters from Albright and Alvernia Colleges.

The chapter holds general membership meetings the second Tuesday of each month (except in June, July, and August ). These meetings typically are held over breakfast at the Toscani Wood Fire Grill 1101 Rocky Drive West Lawn, PA  19609.

In keeping with the national SHRM mission of "advancing the human resource profession and the capabilities of all human resource professionals," our meetings usually include a presentation or workshop on a topic of importance to HR professionals. Our meetings also provide members with a great opportunity to network with fellow HR professionals.
